Why I started Fresh Ground

Office coffee is almost always worse than it needs to be. Not because people don’t care, but because it becomes a chore. Someone has to order supplies, keep things topped up, and figure out what to do when things go wrong. Over time, it becomes an obligation layered on top of everyone’s day job.
Having spent three decades working in and around offices, across industries, the pattern is the same: coffee matters to people, but quality is notoriously bad.
Fresh Ground exists to solve that problem. We provide coffee as a program; a consistent bean-to-cup setup, stocked with fresh beans, maintained properly, and managed end-to-end. Your team gets genuinely good, barista -quality coffee at work, and your office gets one less thing to worry about.
